Thank you for choosing Motion Aerial Imaging for your real estate photography services! To ensure your home looks its best in the photos, please follow these preparation tips before our scheduled session. Proper preparation will help showcase your property in the most appealing way.
-
Clean and Declutter: Remove all clutter from rooms, including countertops, tables, and floors. Make sure all spaces are clean and tidy.
Turn Off All Ceiling Fans and Portable Fans: I take multiple bracketed shots (5 exposures), and moving objects like fans can cause blurry images. Ensure all ceiling and portable fans are turned off.
Replace Light Bulbs: Ensure all light bulbs are working and match in color (either all warm or all cool) to avoid mixed lighting in photos.
Open Curtains and Blinds: Let in natural light by opening all curtains and blinds. Make sure windows are clean.
Hide Personal Items: Store away personal items, including family photos, toiletries, and paperwork, to create a neutral and welcoming space.
Remove Excess Furniture: Less is more! If possible, remove unnecessary furniture to make rooms look larger and more spacious.
